Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine ©Patty Sykes 12x12
Oil on Raymar Panel
While on a recent trip to the Southwest, we
visited this lovely shrine. It looks so
majestic hidden
behind the stone wall and the greenery.
The church is
full of history and a quiet place for reflection. It was built
in 1795 and is the oldest shrine to the Virgin Mary in
the United States.
I hope you enjoy!
