On one of our trips to Amish country, we found this cute
vase at a local gallery.  I fell in love with the colors.
It was painted by an artist of the area, but he painted it from
the inside out.

I have always heard that the Crocus is the first
sign of spring. That's good because this crocus
bloomed in my garden the middle of February.
I can see it everyday as I look from my kitchen
window.  The lights and the shadows were too
much to pass up to paint.

A Friendly Smile

When visiting the zoo, one on my all time

favorite areas to visit, is the Aviary.  This love bird

was just posing and he was so beautiful.  He is done

with Colored Pencil.on Stonehenge paper
